Nose Re-Surgery

After revision surgery on my small nose, my nostrils are perfectly symmetrical lol

It has been about two months since my surgery with Dr. Kim Dae-hwa at Lowell~ I am spending time with my new nose, which has become natural and refined. This was my second revision rhinoplasty. The first time I had nose surgery, I just did it carelessly at a clinic near my neighborhood without doing any research or visiting multiple places. I did not even know what material was used, and after the surgery my nose ended up lower than I expected, with uneven nostrils. As time passed, it kept getting worse. After getting hurt like that once, even after deciding on revision rhinoplasty I was scared and worried that things might go wrong, but it turns out that was needless worry. I feel like I should have done it sooner. They made the tip beautifully with autologous costal cartilage and built the bridge with a custom 3D implant. The nostril asymmetry improved, so I can proudly show off my nostrils now lol. The nostril shape is pretty too. My nose was small, so it did not become drastically bigger, but it grew naturally in a way that suits my face. My nose god, Director Kim Dae-hwa, seems to be really great at the nasolabial angle haha. The more I look at it, the more I like it. The bridge is higher and the tip is higher too, so it is fun to do my makeup around the higher bridge lol. More than anything, my side profile became so much prettier that the more I look, the more I like it. Now that I found the nose that suits me, people keep saying things like, 'You look more luxurious now?' People around me also keep telling me it looks elegant and pretty, and that I did well, so I am even more satisfied. Every time I look in the mirror, I keep thinking I made the right choice! lol
