I had a contracted nose last year. Has anyone had a revision using silicone replacement or Megaderm? I went to a few hospital consultations, but each hospital had a different opinion Some said silicone was okay, while others said silicone shouldn’t be used and Megaderm should be used instead. If you had silicone replacement or used Megaderm for a contracted nose, could you tell me how it went?
