ENT vs Plastic Surgery

I’ve had nose surgery twice, and a few months ago the support piece inside my nose started pushing out and a perforation formed in my nose. Back then I had a consultation at DA, but since I didn’t choose a doctor, I don’t know which director it was She was a woman, wore glasses, and seemed to have atopic dermatitis. If anyone knows who it might be, please tell me.. Anyway, she said it was my cartilage coming out and that I didn’t need surgery right away. Then today I went to a nearby ENT clinic because the support kept feeling like it was sliding downward, and they said it wasn’t cartilage but a Medpor..? some kind of support inside the nose that had come through, and that I needed surgery today and should remove it quickly.. But it was such an abrupt surgery that I said I’d think about it and come back. The doctor seemed like they do nasal reconstruction, but there were no reviews, and the price for silicone removal + ear cartilage revision was 9 million won. When I consulted at DA, they said it would be in the mid-to-high 4 million won range. So now I’m torn between going back to DA for another consultation or proceeding at the ENT clinic.. Please give me lots of opinions.
