Are brokers the ones commenting on community posts, or are the posts themselves brokers and the comments brokers too? But the person who wrote the post doesn't get reported, while the broker comment from that clinic gets suspended, so I'm confused. Aren't they both brokers? If it wasn't a broker and it was a community member doing removal-board activity, I don't think they'd mention those clinics in the first place. Unless it's a famous clinic for first-time and revision surgeries, I guess. But they're talking about clinics that are huge or that would get tons of threads. Also, maybe they only recently joined this community. But why is there a broker in the comments? Are they just doing comment work on posts that ask about their own clinic after searching? That could be it. But shouldn't broker behavior on the removal board be stopped too?
