Hi, I’m someone who has had nose surgery twice, so please keep in mind that this was my re-revision surgery. After my revision surgery, the nose wasn’t corrected at all, and from the side the columella wasn’t corrected either. During the first surgery, it protruded even more than this, so I decided on a revision surgery, and the revision surgery initially came out slightly higher than in the photos, so I thought this should be fine to live with. But as time passed, the nasal bridge and the tip gradually started to sink lower.... It hadn’t even been that long since the surgery, so I felt it was simply a lack of surgical skill. Because of cost, for the first surgery and revision surgery I went to the same clinic and the same doctor, but by the time I was considering a third surgery, how much money it would cost no longer mattered. If you properly research and get it right the first time, then instead of having to go through three or four surgeries, you can finish it with one, so I even thought I could save money that way. For this re-revision, I only consulted places that had good word of mouth. I used app and cafe reviews only as reference, and went mainly to places that actual acquaintances around me had used and were successful with, and honestly, in plastic surgery, following a friend to Gangnam is the best. It was only my nose that was redone, but doesn’t my impression look much cleaner and more neat? Going where a friend has already verified the place once doesn’t seem bad at all. Since it was a place my friend had already checked once, I was less anxious on the day of surgery. For the new nose tip, autologous costal cartilage was used, and the bridge implant was custom-made and done with 3D Inofit. Since I had already decided on a third surgery, I really didn’t want a fourth, so I got an implant made to fit my nose and with a lower risk of inflammation. I think that’s why I was able to get a good result. Don’t go through the same kind of trouble two or three times like I did, and when you look into it, please make sure to research properly before getting surgery...
