This time I really went all out on a diet and lost 13 kg. I was very satisfied with my other body areas, but the problem was my breasts..... After losing weight, my upper breast volume almost disappeared, so my breasts looked even saggier, which stressed me out At first I naturally thought I might need a lift or lifting procedure, so I looked into different options, but after the consultation they told me that in my case a lift was not absolutely necessary. I got a consultation from Dr. Shin at ID, and he said that filling in the hollow upper breast volume while shaping the breasts would probably give a higher level of satisfaction, and he showed me before-and-after photos of similar cases, which made it easy to understand. So instead of a separate lift, I had breast augmentation with Mentor Boost! And when I had breast consultations elsewhere, I had to take off my bra and sit there in just a gown and face other people, which was so embarrassing At ID, I could change clothes and have the consultation separately in a dedicated breast consultation room, so I personally liked that part too. After the surgery, the pain was not as bad as I expected I had been worried because they said they would prepare a pain-free injection, but I was okay. They also provided aftercare like radiofrequency laser and a breast plaster pack, so during recovery it felt like I was being cared for Now I can clearly feel that the upper breast volume has come back and the overall shape looks pretty, so I'm satisfied. More than anything, I like that it doesn't look as saggy as before anymore 🥹 At first I thought a lift was always the answer for sagging breasts, but after the consultation I learned that the method can change depending on the degree of sagging and body type. If you're like me and you're worried because you dieted and lost breast volume, I think it would be good to at least get a consultation about your own condition first! I'm fully satisfied so far, and once I recover a bit more I'll write about the changes again
