It has been 3 months since I had breast filler removal after the inflammation had set in. Back then, after getting breast filler long ago, at some point I started feeling heat and my left breast and armpit area swelled severely. I went to a few places for consultations about breast filler removal, including ㅇㅁ and ㅅㅇ, and got various opinions like: the inframammary fold has to be opened, both the inframammary fold and the upper breast area have to be opened, the areola has to be opened, I should go to ㅅㅊㅎ university hospital, and so on. After reading reviews about breast filler removal, the ㅍㄹ where I had surgery ultimately felt the most trustworthy. The doctor had long experience with breast filler removal, and the most important point was that they specialize in the axillary approach, which other clinics cannot do, and they show the before and after clearly through endoscopy. That was what I trusted most. What he said really resonated with me: because filler can be buried in all sorts of corners, removing every last bit is limited by what you can see with the naked eye, and it is only possible if you carefully check everything with an endoscope. That was also proven by the reviews. But I also had inflammation, so surgery was more complicated. I was told that if there is inflammation, implant insertion cannot be done at the same time. Director Fore said that inflammatory filler has to be removed together with the capsule inside, and that it was a difficult surgery. After the surgery I also had a drain, and because the area where the capsule was removed left a large empty space, a seroma formed, so I kept going to the hospital for about ten days for continuous treatment, and Director Kim Min-young kept caring for the surgical wound too. It was hard having to go to the hospital so often, but I could really feel how carefully and thoroughly they were taking care of me, and in the end I’m grateful that I healed well like this. Now there is absolutely no heat or pain, and the area that was swollen before surgery because of the inflammation is completely normal and no fluid is accumulating. I went back after a long time for a follow-up, and after hearing the director explain the before-and-after photos as well as the surgical process photos once again, I felt grateful and decided to leave this review. I hope it helps others who are worried about breast fillers. + It was Aqua Filling filler, and both sides were injected the same amount, but after the left side developed inflammation, it became swollen, hot, and much larger. There are no scars at all on the breast, and the armpit just looks like a natural crease.
