To start with, I had completely monolids, and because my weak eye-opening force made me keep lifting my eyes with my forehead and eyebrows, it was stressful, so I decided to have surgery! After looking into several hospitals, I chose this place because I liked that the consultation was thorough and they designed a line that fit my eyes! During the consultation, they listened well to the look I wanted, and instead of just recommending a high line, they explained it in a way that suited my eyes, which gave me confidence. I had surgery on July 27, and on day 1 the swelling was, of course, at its worst, but surprisingly I did not have much pain! From days 2 to 3, the swelling gradually started to go down, and the stitched area was just itchy and mildly stinging. From days 4 to 6, opening my eyes became easier and the swelling kept going down, and after the stitches were removed on day 7, it felt so much more comfortable. After about 2 weeks, the swelling had gone down a lot and I could see my eyes becoming more natural, so I was satisfied It seems to be settling into the natural line I wanted, and I liked that the pain was less than expected and the recovery was fast! The staff and the director were all kind too, so overall it was a surgery I was happy with:)
