Non-implant hump nose surgery

I had a slight hump to begin with, so it had always bothered me, but I didn’t want a nose that looked too obvious, so I wanted it to be as natural as possible no matter what! During the consultation, I also told the director that I wanted it to look as natural as possible. I remembered being told at a previous hospital consultation that septal cartilage would be enough, so when I mentioned that, the director explained the difference between septal cartilage and ear cartilage in detail, which I liked. I wanted a natural, rounded feel, so I decided to use ear cartilage and went with non-implant nose surgery. The hump was only shaved down a little, and the plan was to slightly round the tip without any implant. On the day of surgery, I was less nervous than I expected, and after the surgery I didn’t really feel much pain either. There was a little bit of a stuffy feeling in my nose, but it was bearable, and once I took painkillers, it wasn’t very inconvenient for daily life. It’s been about a week now, and the swelling wasn’t as bad as I thought, and there were almost no bruises. Since I’m still recovering, the tip of my nose feels a little firm, but I think it will become more natural with time. What I like most is that my overall impression didn’t change much, but the side profile became much cleaner. If you want a natural nose that still looks like your own rather than a flashy one, I think you’ll be very satisfied. I’m looking forward to the swelling going down more and everything settling in!
