I’m someone who has had a hump nose, crooked nose, and arrow nose all for 20 years, so I was very, very worried and got surgery at Selfie Plastic Surgery, which is said to be the best in Busan. Both the manager and the surgeon were very, very kind. Before surgery, I said I wanted a natural look, so they put in 3 mm silicone in the bridge of my nose, shaved down the hump, and lifted the arrow nose. For two years I was happily satisfied, but starting after those two years, my nose kept dropping.. I had only done it with septal cartilage.. It’s not like anything is wrong, but I’m scared it will keep dropping. I regret not just using costal cartilage from the start for a sturdier result. Everyone, please just use costal cartilage from the beginning.. Don’t regret it like I did.
