Day 2 and 3 after nose surgery

Day 2 was really, really hard. Whoever said nose surgery doesn't hurt must have been lying. It was a nonstop series of unpleasant pain.. My nose was sore, the incision site was burning, my nose kept running, my head felt hot too, and the nasal packing made the pressure feel worse and worse, so I kept waking up every two hours and it was so hard My face was so swollen I kept waking up in between to do ice packs. I took my medicine about every two hours, tried walking for 5 minutes, gave up, and came back in. On day 3 they took out the packing, and the removal itself didn't hurt much! But the inside was swollen, so I still couldn't breathe through my nose My runny nose kept going. This should be okay, right? The swelling is better than yesterday, but the stitch area still stings a little. Still, it's more bearable than yesterday. I walked about 20 minutes and have been disinfecting my nose often. Even after taking the packing out, breathing only through my mouth is still uncomfortable... And for some reason I don't know why, I have terrible tooth pain. Does getting the stitches removed hurt a lot? I'm already worried
