It was my first nose surgery, and my original nose had a high hump, so they shaved down the bridge a bit and didn’t insert silicone. The doctor said if I put in silicone, it might look too much like a plastic surgery nose, so I agreed not to. Since it was my first surgery, I followed the doctor’s opinion.. Hmm.. I’m satisfied for now, but that doctor now does contouring instead of noses.
