Has anyone had the autologous rib cartilage support removed and replaced with an ear cartilage support... My nose looks witch-like, and when I smile it turns into a hooked nose and feels fixed in place, so I want to switch to ear cartilage... When I had a septal support, it wasn’t this bad. The autologous rib fixation is driving me crazy. I’m unhappy with the shape, and it feels suffocating too. I was going to have it all removed as soon as the splint came off, right when it hit 6 months, but if I remove everything I feel like I’ll end up touching my nose again later, so I want to replace it with an ear cartilage support and lower the height too. Please share hospital info for places that do ear cartilage support..... If I open it this time, it’ll be my 4th surgery, so I’m desperate... everyone, please help. If you leave a comment, my whole family will get struck by lightning.
