Because this was already my several-th revision, I decided I really needed to look into things properly this time and searched for a clinic that would make the tip and columella line pretty. On top of that, I am a safety-first person, so I went for consultations with doctors who would operate as safely as possible and who had a lot of experience! What I wanted was not a higher nose bridge, but for the nose shape itself to look pretty. At other clinics, everyone was saying to just put in silicone, but here and only here they knew I did not like silicone and that it did not suit me, so without silicone they used autologous costal cartilage
