A review of my hump nose correction with no implant (ear cartilage) that I'm writing to remember for myself It feels like just yesterday I was running around to clinics, grabbing people around me who said nose surgery was scary, and doing my homework on this community, but it's already been two months since the surgery. I also want this to help anyone who is looking around, and I want to keep a record for myself too, so I'm writing a few lines about my experience. I had such a serious hump-nose complex that I never took side-profile photos, no matter what. T_T Looking back at old photos, they're all front-facing ... I also wrote this in my one-month update, but I put naturalness first and got my nose surgery from Dr. Lee Ji-hwan at Between Plastic Surgery Clinic using ear cartilage and no implant. I asked for a "natural" look for my nose without showing any celebrity photo, and now that the swelling has gone down to some extent, I am completely satisfied. I'm starting to go out for plans again and telling people around me that I had my nose done. Everyone says it looks natural and just like my own nose. For people who like an obviously operated-on nose, I would recommend other materials rather than no implant. At two months, the major swelling has gone down quite a bit, and the incision on my nose has healed well enough that makeup can fully cover it. I made sure to apply ointment every morning and night, and when I went out I also used sunscreen without fail, being careful about discoloration! I check only the line of my nose in the mirror dozens of times a day, haha. I'm even more satisfied than I was at one month. The pulling sensation in my nose is gone, and the foreign-body feeling has also decreased a lot. I think I made the right choice by going no implant. I worried a lot about whether the tip would droop, but worrying only wastes time ... I'm even more excited for next month, when the residual swelling will go down further.

Even though it was a revision nose surgery, it only took about an hour. And because the surgery time was short, there was less swelling and not much bruising. For people who really want an extremely natural result, this seems to be exactly
