I went in for a consultation about cheekbone surgery, but unexpectedly I was also recommended chin surgery. Other hospitals had never recommended it before, so at first I was a little taken aback, but the director explained in an easy-to-understand way why it would be good to consider the chin together based on the overall proportions and balance of the face, so I was able to fully accept it while listening to the consultation. Rather than feeling like they were simply pushing surgery, I was impressed by how objectively they explained how the overall facial line could be improved. The consultation manager was also not pushy at all about booking or additional procedures, and was very kind in answering questions so I could ask about anything comfortably. Overall, it was a consultation I could have without pressure.
