My nose revision surgery after 5 years, I used autologous costal cartilage

These days, autologous costal cartilage is used a lot even in primary surgery, but when I had my surgery, the trend was a bit toward natural beauty, so more people used ear cartilage or septal cartilage. So I don't think I had much thought of using rib cartilage back then. If I had known that sagging would happen later, I wonder if I would have chosen rib cartilage instead.. But since I wanted a natural nose, maybe I still wouldn't have done it... Since this was a revision surgery after 5 years, I spent a lot of time searching by clinic-hopping, looking into the doctor's experience, recent surgery reviews, and the safety system for post-op care. Most people recommended autologous costal cartilage. It wasn't just about safety, but it also felt like using a sturdy material with strong fixation so the nose wouldn't sag again. For revision surgery, it felt like they were operating safely and decisively so there wouldn't be a need for a second revision. After all, the best case is for neither the doctor nor me to end up raising our voices while looking at the face after a second revision..!! The nose tip that had been lifted during the first surgery sagged again, and the tip of this nose became much more droopy, making the aquiline-nose look really strong. I didn't like a nose that felt too pointy and pinched, so I wanted this kind of nose to be changed overall into a refined, straight-but-slightly-curved line. Ittem was already a place that did a lot of autologous costal cartilage nose surgeries, and I talked the most with the doctor about how to lift the sagging tip and columella line neatly again..? They said the scar wouldn't be big, and even though there is definitely a scar, it's not so large or dark that it really bothers me, so I think it'll be okay if I take good care of it. After surgery, the sagging tip and columella line lifted naturally, so the aquiline-nose look I felt before is gone and it's been holding up well. I want to keep using this face like this for 10 more years~
