I went for a consultation because there were many reviews saying the surgeon had a lot of experience, was very fast with their hands, and caused relatively little bleeding or bruising. What was really amazing was that before I could even explain my concerns, they pinpointed everything exactly, and I thought they were some kind of fortune teller. The consultation is on the shorter side, but I had naturally learned about surgical methods and such while researching different clinics, and I already knew the pros and cons of the materials used for nose surgery, so more than that, what mattered to me was whether they could clearly say if surgery was possible in the way I wanted or not. When I asked about that, they answered directly and without beating around the bush, which made me trust them. It was my final consultation, and in the end I decided to have the surgery at OM. I am waiting to set the date and get it done. Since this is a revision nose surgery, I was even more careful about evaluating the clinic, and by my standards it fit everything I was looking for, so I made the decision!
