What Happens When a Man With a Severe Hump Nose Gets Nose Surgery

It was a case where the hump was there from the beginning, so they filled the step with filler and shaped the overall nose, but over time it spread and the filler moved, leading to a result uglier than my original nose... Because my nose looked even uglier than before, I wore a mask whenever I went out, and I barely ate outside because I had to take the mask off. Then a friend got nose surgery and came back with a dramatically improved result, and I got tempted too and started thinking about whether I should get surgery, but I only had a consultation and backed out because I was scared. That was already three years ago... lol During that time, I thought it through carefully, weighed everything, and finally got the surgery. After the surgery, I graduated from all the bird nicknames, and it seems to have come out as the textbook straight nose, so I am satisfied.
