After my first surgery, my nose became crooked and my bulbous nose was still the same, so I had a lot of trouble deciding on a revision. I was very uncomfortable with implants, so after debating between autologous costal cartilage and autologous dermis, I chose surgery with dermis because it felt more natural and safer. When I went in for a consultation about revision rhinoplasty, they carefully mapped out the correction direction for my crooked nose and bulbous nose, and I remember feeling reassured. I was worried because the surgical areas were autologous costal cartilage and autologous dermis, but they also took good care of my recovery. After getting revision rhinoplasty with autologous dermis and letting time pass for it to take, the thing I like most is that the texture became moist and soft with no foreign-body feeling. My crooked nose, which had been bothering me, was straightened, and my bulbous nose became more refined, so the overall line looks cleaner too. Before choosing autologous dermis, I was also worried about the absorption rate, but they designed it well, and it settled into exactly the elegant yet natural look I wanted!! If you're worried about implant side effects or want a natural-looking line, I think it would be worth going for a consultation at ㅇㅇㅂ for autologous-dermis revision rhinoplasty.
