It's been 3 months since my rhinoplasty and fat grafting. I'm really, really disappointed that the fat grafting in the forehead area is disappearing I originally did fine with a flat forehead, but now if the fat goes away, I plan to do fillers later. For now, I have my second fat grafting session next week, so I'm going to ask them to put in a lot. This was my first nose surgery, and I wanted it to look natural, so my image wouldn't change too much. My upturned nose came down while naturally getting higher. Among all the places I visited, they gave me the longest consultation and listened well to what I wanted, so I think choosing the hospital was a good decision. There isn't a huge overall change, but as the swelling at the tip went down a little more, it feels more refined, and I like the line now, so I just hope the swelling stops going down now..
