I got a consultation and decided to build up the bridge with dermis and bring the tip in a bit, but not lift it too much! I made it very clear to the director at Ruho Plastic Surgery that I absolutely, absolutely did not want a sharp tip.. I had already gone in after looking for a place with a rounded, slightly upturned tip.. but still, just in case.. When I was wearing the splint, and when the gauze was in my nose, that was probably the most stuffy and uncomfortable part, but after that there wasn’t really anything uncomfortable!! Now I really love the bridge-to-tip line and this is exactly the level I wanted.
