I had revision nose surgery using autologous costal cartilage with Director Kim Hyun-joo at ALU Plastic Surgery. Before the revision surgery, the existing implant was visible and my nasal tip looked short, so I wanted a natural improvement, and now the bridge and tip lines have settled much more naturally and stably than before, so I’m very satisfied. In particular, because I had surgery with custom 3D DCF using autologous costal cartilage instead of an artificial implant, my worries about a foreign-body sensation were reduced. At a recent follow-up visit, I was told that I am recovering well with no inflammation or any special issues, and I think the shape of my nose is becoming softer and more natural as time passes.
