At first, even though I used autologous costal cartilage for the nose tip, it still had a somewhat puffy, swollen feeling rather than a sharp one I got the injections the director prescribed, and.. I did warm compresses often and walked while drinking a truly huge amount of water, and then the congestion at the nose tip loosened up and the swelling naturally started to go down, so I’m really relieved... Once the swelling went down, that characteristic puffy feeling disappeared completely too, which is so nice..
