When I started palatal expansion, there was a noticeable change as my front teeth spread apart, but now the front teeth have come back together well and the arch has widened to a certain extent, they said. Maybe because of that, lately I can feel that the bite is changing little by little. Especially on the right molars, it feels like they’re touching more properly than before. In the past, one side felt like it didn’t come together as much when chewing, but now the way the molars interlock is becoming more natural.
