Can the tip and columella reinforcement with ear cartilage and donated dermis from AS be removed easily?

After my primary surgery, I had a big scar tissue buildup inside the right side of my nose + I felt the columella area was a little disappointing. I was told that if the scar tissue was dissolved with injections, the already-disappointing columella could get smaller from the injection effect, so I did AS as a side note. But maybe the communication went wrong, because the columella area I had in mind stayed the same and only the nasal tip changed.. Anyway, I had already told the manager about this part and heard the explanation, so leaving that aside, the part I wanted wasn’t corrected, but another part changed, so I’d rather go back to how it was before AS. I think the AS was done around September or October last year. Would removal be possible without much difficulty?? If it’s removed, would it return to almost exactly how it was before AS???
