I went for a consultation because they said they do not use silicone with the open approach. First of all, this is my first surgery, and the estimate was way too expensive. The surgery was 7.7 million won on the condition that I expose it on my blog, reviews, and homepage. If the septum or cartilage are not enough during the surgery, they said they would need autologous costal cartilage or donor costal cartilage, but they said they could only tell for sure when that time comes. If I end up needing autologous or donor rib cartilage, the cost goes up by 4.5 million won. Then the total comes to 12.2 million won. The doctor consultation was ... honestly too careless and not great. I have been going around to plastic surgery clinics for a long time anyway
