I wanted something natural, so I went for a consultation. I did ask for a natural look, but it seemed like the doctor also designed the line very conservatively. I was recommended silicone and septal cartilage, and while other places recommended 3-4 mm of silicone, here they recommended a lower 2-3 mm. Even when I mentioned autologous costal cartilage and things like that, they said septal cartilage would be sufficient, and they seemed to be trying to improve the overall appearance only in the most minimal way
