1. First nose surgery, August 2024 * hump removal * partial osteotomy? carving of the left nasal bone * silicone implant insertion * donor costal cartilage used at the tip to raise the columella and nasal tip 2. Second surgery, late April 2025 * silicone completely removed * donor costal cartilage lowered * existing scar tissue removed * artificial dermis inserted because of the carved bridge area I asked for a low, natural result for the revision, but the director dealt with it with their own sense of height and aesthetics ㅡㅡ (and it was a closed approach, plus ridiculously expensive) It ended up higher than I expected, and I want to go back to my original nose, so I just want to remove everything. I have a few questions: 1. The artificial dermis is also felt as a round bump in the middle of the nose, and under certain lighting angles it looks round too. Does this also need to be removed completely? Or how is this usually handled..? 2. I also want cartilage rearrangement. How much would that cost?! I’d appreciate it if you could let me know. 3. Would a closed approach be possible

Most nose removal clinics aren’t registered on plastic surgery apps, so it’s hard to find reviews. Is it normal that most of them aren’t registered? I guess the answer is to search hard for reviews in this community and go visit in person,
