Silicone placed crooked to the side at the first hospital..;

I originally went in thinking of autologous costal cartilage for the first surgery (I did this without really knowing much about rhinoplasty), but the doctor didn't properly assess how much my natural nose skin could stretch and how much height was actually safe to add, so he just raised it too much, and the tip of my nose was red from the very beginning after surgery. And the bridge of my nose was crooked. He said the redness at the tip wasn't inflammation and sent me back saying it was fine, and said the crooked bridge was because my septum was bent. But even now, more than 2 years later, the redness is still there, and every time I went back to ask, all they say now is that it's because the skin has gotten thinner. That it'll stay red for life. That there's nothing they can do. Today I went to another hospital and got a CT scan, and even the functional rhinoplasty I had done with it has shown no improvement at all, so it's enough to be covered by insurance again. Most of all, they inserted the silicone diagonally in a way that doesn't match my nose;; My friends and family had also said it looked like the silicone had shifted to the side, but the doctor alone kept saying it was because of the septum and that there was no need to even check with a CT scan. As expected, the surgery itself was not done properly at all. Sigh.. shouldn't I get a refund for this? They say revision surgery is no big deal and they'll do it if I pay extra, but how am I supposed to get aftercare from this doctor? I'm really furious and can't even sleep. Or is it common for silicone to be inserted a bit off to the side?;; The tip of the nose was inserted in a way that doesn't fit.
