I'm planning full removal, but I found that some clinics do cartilage tying while others just do cartilage repositioning. The nose-specialty clinic doesn't do tying and instead repositions the cartilage. If the cartilage is tied, could it cause side effects later or make things worse? Because of this, I don't know which clinic to choose
