For my first surgery, I had silicone in the nasal bridge and donated rib cartilage in the nasal tip, but it was too stiff, so I had it removed, and it’s been 5 years. When I had it removed, they tied the nasal tip to maintain the shape as much as possible, but these days I want to do it again ㅠㅠ I guess people’s desires are endless If I do it again, I want to use ear cartilage, but I’m worried I’ll regret it again ㅠ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
