Because I had a bulbous nose, I had consultations at five places. At other places, they said it wouldn't be possible to improve the bulbous nose very much, but here they said everything could be done, so I trusted them and had the surgery. What I asked for was to reduce the size of my nose and improve the alar base, and they definitely made the nose smaller, but somehow it ended up looking like a man's nose, and when I mentioned alar base sagging, they said they didn't touch it because they were worried that removing too much fat could lead to skin necrosis. A month later, something like scar tissue popped up on the bridge of my nose, so when I went back, they said they would replace the silicone if I paid the anesthesia fee. But then it appeared again after some time. They corrected it again. It appeared again. They do safe surgery, but it seems like they have no aesthetic sense at all.
