I had revision rhinoplasty with autologous costal cartilage at Mind Plastic Surgery with Director Lee Gang-woo. My first surgery was done without silicone, using ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but after about 2 years some of the cartilage was a little absorbed, so it ended up looking much more natural than I expected. I wanted a nose that was 80% glamorous and 20% natural, so I had revision surgery with Director Lee Gang-woo at Mind Plastic Surgery! The director is well known for creating a refined, glamorous nose, so I chose him with confidence, and the result was honestly so satisfying. 😊This time, silicone and autologous costal cartilage were used together, and the scar was hardly noticeable at all. The bridge and tip of the nose came out exactly the way I wanted, so I love it. Photos come out so much better than before, and people around me keep saying my nose looks really pretty and asking where I had it done! The clinic also does aftercare very carefully, and the staff are so kind, so I confidently recommend it to people around me as well. 🤍
