Nose Surgery Reviews

My nose is stable, so I came to write a review + no pressure

I can't believe the day came when I'd be writing a review on this community!! It’s been about a year since my surgery, so I figured this is a stable period, right? That’s why I’m writing a review. No pressure on the clinic - I’m not including the clinic name because I don’t want any misunderstanding. Please keep in mind this is just my very subjective nose surgery review. Pros 1. It looks pretty... Who knew one nose could change a person this much? Once you get through the awkwardness when the bridge first becomes higher(?) it’s fine fine 2. The director has good aesthetic sense and the aftercare was good. My aesthetic preference is pretty firm, so I insisted on having it done the way I wanted, but they kept showing me simulations and saying, “This rather than that... rather than that, this...” and honestly, the one they showed me suited me better than what I asked for. Naturalness is the baseline, so if it can be maintained for a long time, that seems fine. I went to get swelling laser treatment really often, so the swelling went down pretty quickly too. And I didn’t even think to prepare a compression binder, but the clinic gave me one!!!! 3. The incision area is small For an incision surgery, it’s really small. In my case, it seems about the width of my thumbnail. I had it done while considering the possibility of a costal cartilage scar, and it’s not like there’s absolutely no scar, but it has faded so it doesn’t show much. That’s really good, I think. Cons 1. I had it done with autologous costal cartilage, and it was uncomfortable (varies a lot by person, though) I know someone else who had autologous costal cartilage too, and they said they were fine. But I was a bit uncomfortable. Especially when sneezing, it really hurt; they said it would last about 3 days, but for me it lasted about 5 days. Thankfully it didn’t keep happening for a whole week... After that, I just went back to daily life. 2. The clinic is insanely busy When I went for the consultation, it didn’t seem this busy, but when I went back for a follow-up there were so many people that the wait was ridiculous.. The nurses and the directors all looked so overwhelmed that I even felt sorry for them.. Get rich.. Other than that, I can’t really think of any other cons about the shape or the director. I looked into a lot of other clinics too, and the director seemed a bit geeky when it came to autologous costal cartilage.. It was nice that they explained things in detail, but it was too detailed..!!!! You know what I mean... Anyway, after getting nose surgery from a costal-cartilage geek, the fixation feels super solid, so I like that. I feel like I rambled a bit while writing this review, but if you need an introduction or help from someone you know, send me a message.
