I was looking into nose surgery without an implant, and I found out that there are also nose surgeries done with cartilage particles, so I looked into a bunch of things. This place was said to be famous for cartilage-particle rhinoplasty, like Envyco, so I went for a consultation There were lots of before-and-after photos in the style I wanted, and the consultation was generally good, so I just decided to go with them and had the surgery,,!! So it’s been about 3 months now, and most of the major swelling is gone and even the minor swelling seems to have settled down a lot. My nose looks much more defined than before, so I’m satisfied Since they did the surgery using only my own cartilage, it doesn’t feel too artificially raised, and it also doesn’t have that unnatural Pinocchio-like feeling, which I like even more. I think the overall line from the bridge to the tip and the columella came out really naturally,, Some other places only did the tip with cartilage particles, but I also liked that here they could use my own cartilage for the bridge too. Since I was thinking about no-implant surgery, that part was probably what drew me in the most Anyway, it’s already been quite a while since the surgery, and so far there hasn’t been any distortion in shape and I’m really satisfied I hope it stays like this for a long time
