I had a slightly hooked nose and a wide nasal bone, so my face looked kind of bland. I didn't want rhinoplasty with silicone, so I worked really hard to find a clinic that's good at implant-free nose surgery! After consultations at several places, I decided on Bitwin Plastic Surgery as my last stop I only used nose osteotomy + septal cartilage + ear cartilage; for the hump, they just smoothed it out. For the first two months I thought it might be too natural and considered a revision, but as the residual swelling went down and the scar tissue-like swelling disappeared, the line changed beautifully and not in an overdone way, which I actually like. I think all plastic surgery is about personal satisfaction, and I recommend Bitwin to people who want a natural look ~~
