I visited for a consultation about removing a permanent bridge filler. The consultation was kind, they told me to ask about anything I was curious about, and since I looked worried they reassured me, so the atmosphere was good. However, I only wanted the filler removed, but they said the tip of the nose would also need to be done together too (they said if only the removal were done, there would be a risk of it lifting due to contraction), and that part did not suit me, so I did not have the surgery. It seemed that most customers who come here to have nose filler removed also end up doing the tip as well.
