Review after surgery for a low, small nose

My nose was so low and small that it had practically no bridge, and I had been surviving on fillers since my 20s. But even though the bridge filler was still there, the tip kept spreading and becoming blunt, so I finally decided to have nose surgery. I was exhausted from searching online and visiting clinics, and just when I was thinking maybe I should not do it at all, a friend had a nose that looked so natural and pretty that I got a recommendation for Director Lee Ju-cheol at Bigin Plastic Surgery Clinic and went for a consultation. They inserted instruments inside my nose to check the septum directly and also spent a long time seriously consulting with me, so I felt confident and decided to go ahead!! The doctor seems to be well known for thorough consultations and for explaining things clearly. My nose had almost no bridge, and even if I tried lifting the tip myself, it would not really go up. I decided on a 3 mm silicone bridge, a slight smoothing of the hump, and autologous costal cartilage for the tip. After surgery, there was not much blood, bruising, swelling, or pain, but the nasal packing was really... really hard It was harder than the autologous rib cartilage pain... My mom likes it even more than I do and says the tip is so pretty. Every time I wash my face, I find it fascinating that a small, modest nose now feels like a nose with presence And here they removed the splint and did nose peeling, so I liked how they carefully managed the sebum on a nose that I was already scared to touch. I am uploading photos from before the procedure and after 2 weeks!! For now, I am happy with the line and the shape of the tip, and I feel like once the swelling goes down more, it will become the nose I have been aiming for..!
