My nose looked wide overall, and it was obviously a boxy nose, so I had both alar reduction and nasal wall reduction done at Miho. The director consulted with me without overdoing anything at all, and I’m so, so happy with it because it reduced naturally The wide-looking space between my nostrils has been tidied up, but it doesn’t look artificial at all. It also fixed the way my alar flared and spread whenever I smiled. I had my alar reduced, but people around me kept asking if I had raised my bridge, so I really think it was the right choice. If you really want to look prettier without any obvious sign of surgery, or if you feel your nose is way too wide, I honestly recommend getting alar reduction and nasal wall reduction together at Miho!!
