Got a revision for a long, crooked nose

After my first nose surgery, as time passed, I felt like my nose looked longer every time I smiled. My nose tip had drooped, so it seemed even longer, especially when I smiled Ugh... Anyway, because of various issues like that, I decided on a revision rhinoplasty. In the end, I had surgery with Director U-Geonwoon at Onyx. He used to be at DA, so I thought his skill would be reliable, and as soon as I finished the consultation, I just went ahead and booked the surgery... I liked that he explained my current nose condition one by one. He also carefully explained why autologous costal cartilage was needed, so I just said, ah yes, yes! and went with it And for someone who has only been one week post-op, I think my condition is legendary. As soon as the splint came off, I literally said, wow. There is a little bruising, but the swelling is at a level that most people probably wouldn’t notice unless I said something. Of course, right after surgery I was quite swollen, but even so, I think this is pretty decent? Right now only the area where the autologous rib cartilage was harvested hurts a bit, but my nose itself is okay. I’m still recovering, but the feeling that it looked long when I smiled seems to have decreased a lot, so for now I’m satisfied!! And the nose tip that had been flattened seems to have regained much more definition than before, right? I’m so full of myself right now.. Anyway, at the moment my nose is exactly the kind of look I wanted, so I’m very satisfied. If I have time, I’ll bring another update later.
