Nose Surgery Reviews

Finally graduated after my second nose revision

As time passed after my first surgery, the tip of my nose started to drop again, and from the front my nose kept looking blunt and wide, which I couldn’t stop worrying about.

Since I had already gone through one revision, I absolutely couldn’t make the decision for a third surgery easily, and this time I wanted to find a place that would carefully look not only at the shape but also at the condition of the nasal tip skin and my overall facial balance.

After comparing before-and-after photos and reviews from several clinics, I came across Another Plastic Surgery, which had good reviews for nose revision and a refined straight-but-slightly-raised line, and after consulting with Director Ji Seung-ryeol, I decided to have the surgery.

During the consultation, the director gave me confidence by explaining that he would not simply raise the tip, but would also pay attention to the weakened nasal tip skin from the previous surgery and the sunken nasal base.

In particular, he pointed out details I hadn’t even thought about, such as the angle of the tip, skin thickness, and even the shape of the nostrils as seen from the front, so the consultation felt really detailed.

For the area where the nasal tip skin had become thin and might show through, he planned a gentle correction with Alloderm, and for the sunken nasal base, he designed a plan to correct the nasolabial angle so the side profile would look more three-dimensional.

I told him that I wanted a refined straight line with a tip that looked clearly supported but not too sharp or artificial, and because he explained it while also considering the pentagonal balance centered on the face, I felt even more reassured.

Haha, at first the swelling made the tip look a little high, but as the residual swelling went down over time, the line settled in much more softly and naturally.

Before, when seen from the front, the tip looked wide and dull, but now the nostrils and tip shape are balanced, so overall it looks slimmer and clearer.

I’m especially happy with the change in the side profile.

Maybe because the nasolabial angle was corrected as well, the sunken nasal base naturally came back to life, and the mouth line that used to look protrusive now looks much more refined.

The tip also stays firm without drooping like before, and the area reinforced with Alloderm looks soft and natural without any skin show-through, which I really like.

These days, people around me often say that my nose line looks so natural or that my facial impression has become much more refined.

A lot of people ask where I had the surgery and who the director was, so I feel even more satisfied that it turned out the way I wanted. ♥️

Since this was my second nose revision, I was really worried before surgery about what I would do if something went wrong again.

But because they carefully checked everything from the consultation, including the nasal tip skin condition, nasolabial angle, and facial proportions, and set the surgical direction so precisely, I’m satisfied with both the shape and the stability this time.

From the front, it looks like a slim, balanced nose, and from the side, the three-dimensional straight-but-slightly-raised line stands out, so every time I take a photo I keep checking my side profile. Haha

After several nose surgeries, I finally found what feels like the nose of my life that I want to keep for a long time, and I really think I made the right choice by having surgery with Director Ji Seung-ryeol!
