It's been a month since my philtrum-nose surgery, and if I only shorten the philtrum, the columella gets pulled in, so the nasolabial angle doesn't look good and I was told I should also do the tip, so I had both done! My facial proportions definitely changed Since the midface looks a little shorter my whole face feels different.. The doctor has amazing aesthetic sense At the consultation, he was, how should I put it, not exactly rude, but had a strong pride and a pretty stiff? style I hesitated but ended up getting surgery just based on skill.. but somehow he was also kind..
