I live overseas, so I carefully compared hospital reviews, and the review photos showed a nose shape that matched the natural style I wanted, so I decided to have surgery at Bithernew. I saw posts saying I’d have to wait quite a while for a consultation, but they moved things forward without any waiting, and the staff member explained things first before Director Jung Tae-young came in and explained everything in detail. Since rhinitis was the most important issue, but I’d always been self-conscious about my bulbous nose, I decided to have both surgeries together. Honestly, I was scared, but having my questions from my notes answered one by one helped calm me down a bit. It’s been a little under four months, and I still have a bit of swelling, but I’m very satisfied. Even though the tip was lifted, it still has the natural shape I wanted, so there’s no obvious look, which I really like. Since I had the rhinitis surgery, people around me have been saying my voice has changed for the better, which makes me happy. I also liked that if I asked questions by KakaoTalk after surgery, they replied quickly. Overall, I’m very satisfied and looking forward to the swelling going down.
