When I say I had silicone put in, people go, oh, it'll be obvious, but when you actually look, nobody can tell ㅇㅇ I think they were aiming for something natural but still high It's been 3 weeks since my nose surgery, and the bridge has silicone, the tip has ear cartilage My original bridge was low and the tip was droopy and round? thick? anyway so my face looked flat The doctor looked at my skin thickness and cartilage condition and explained things to me Really meticulous type I was worried about bruising and swelling after surgery, but there was really much less than I expected The bridge line became very natural and higher, so maybe because of that my face feels like it has more volume and is more attractive than before..? The tip also became round and refined without an artificially pointy feeling A natural, pretty nose kind of vibe
