Anyway, after going in, I checked on a tablet whether I had had any cosmetic procedures before, filled out something like a questionnaire, and waited again. They took a CT scan with the rotating machine, put on a headband, and took face photos. Then I met the director and had a consultation about what style I wanted. Since I went in for a nose and facial contouring consultation, I looked at the nose first and then the contouring.
My nose is crooked and has a very slight dorsal hump. I have rhinitis, a deviated septum, and a small nose, and they recommended not to do surgery on a nose like this unless really necessary.. It seems like a difficult case for surgery ㅠㅜ The clinic was shaking their heads. If I really wanted to raise it, they said silicone + autologous costal cartilage + hump removal. Because the nose is crooked and the septum is also deviated, they said that if I used ear cartilage or septal cartilage, my nose might become crooked again after rhinoplasty, so they recommended costal cartilage. When I asked whether I could combine it with rhinitis surgery, they said it probably wouldn’t improve... In the end, they did not recommend nose surgery... If I were to do it anyway, they said to use costal cartilage. After the consultation with the director, the price was 5.8 million won for a review post and photo provision, with same-day reservation pricing. After seeing reviews about costal cartilage, people said there can be a foreign-body sensation and that it feels hard, so I’m worried ㅠㅡㅠ....
For contouring, they recommended chin tip + side-line refinement + liposuction (soft contouring) Chin tip 4.4 million Side-line refinement 1.1 million Soft contouring (jawline 1.1 million + double chin 1.1 million) Total 7.7 million
They said it was not bone shaving, but shaving down the contour.
What exactly is more dramatic, bone reduction or shaving... I guess I should ask again during the next consultation ㅠㅠㅠ
I also wanted the full three-part contouring with cheekbones, jaw, and chin tip, but they said only the chin tip should be done.
When I said I wanted cheekbones done too, they said if you do the cheekbones, then the jaw and chin tip also need to be done, and the whole face would need to be adjusted. That was actually what I wanted though,,,
They said that in my current state, only the chin tip needs to be done.
Everyone was so kind, and I liked how they pinpointed exactly the areas I was worried about. The price was... depressing ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ Since I said I also wanted cheekbone work for contouring, they recommended only the chin tip for someone like me because they thought it would sag easily ㅠㅠ While consulting, I had all these things in my head, but once I got there, I forgot everything.
After I got home, I regretted not asking this and thatㅋㅋ
A younger friend I know got contouring here a few years ago, and it turned out naturally and well, very natural. The downside is that people around them don’t know. The upside is that people around them don’t know either.. they became much prettier without anyone really noticing.
I went with them when they had surgery, and back then it was right when they were opening, so it was around 4 to 5 million won? They had the cheekbones, jaw, and eyes done... The price feels like it shot up a lot over the last few years ㅠㅜ
