For jaw reconstruction, this was a hospital I had thought for a very long time, for years, might be unmatched as a reconstruction hospital. After putting it off again and again, I finally applied for a consultation. There were in-person and non-face-to-face options, and I paid 50,000 won and went directly to the hospital, where they photographed me making various mouth shapes and also did 3D? imaging. After I asked the consultant everything I wanted to ask, the consultant relayed it to the director. A few days later, I received the answers by email. The director explained, using photos of my face, how many millimeters the bone would need to come out at areas such as the upper sides, and kindly answered the many questions I had asked. The surgery cost was quite high. In the past, there were not many reconstruction hospitals, so I thought this might be the only place doing it professionally, but as time has passed, it seems new places have appeared too. So I’m going to look for more information.
