What I liked here was that the consultation was centered around the doctor. They explained the nasal structure in detail while looking at the CT, and they even did a simulated rhinoplasty. Since this was my first nose surgery, I assumed I would of course need an implant, but after the consultation they said that because my nasal bridge isn’t that low, I could do it without an implant and it would still be sufficient. Honestly, before the consultation I thought that if I went without an implant, the change would be minimal, but after hearing the explanation directly and seeing the simulation, the difference from using an implant didn’t seem as big as I expected, so after the consultation I became much more inclined toward going without an implant, and I thought that even for a first surgery, no implant might not be a bad option.
