I had revision surgery for gynecomastia. I am somewhat satisfied with the post-surgery appearance, but the surrounding liposuction was a little disappointing. The fat on the sides remained, so there is a disappointing cosmetic issue there. Also, there is a slight indentation around the areola, so when I tense up, the shape looks a bit odd. They say the shape becomes more natural over time and the adhesions loosen. It has been about 8 months since the surgery, and from what I found looking up information, it seems like it takes 3 years to pass
