The director's consultation was very thorough overall, which was impressive. Rather than explaining only verbally, they directly drew the incision lines and showed the surgical direction and scope in detail, making it much easier to understand. Their explanation of the surgery with confidence conveyed experience and confidence, and I naturally came to trust them. They addressed every question without rushing, which relieved much of my anxiety. The consultation manager was also very kind, so I was able to have a pleasant consultation from beginning to end. The overall atmosphere was calm and comfortable, allowing me to talk without pressure, and it felt like the place where I had the most comfortable consultation among the many clinics I had visited so far.
